Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) with experience in online bidding, lead generation, and client acquisition for IT services. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other lead generation platforms. The candidate should also possess a basic understanding of modern web and mobile application technologies to effectively understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate business through Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, LinkedIn, Guru, and other online bidding platforms.
- Identify potential international clients and business opportunities.
- Draft customized proposals, cover letters, project estimates, and quotations.
- Handle client communication, requirement gathering, negotiations, and follow-ups.
- Generate leads through LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold outreach, email campaigns, and networking.
- Coordinate with the technical team for project estimation, feasibility, and scope discussions.
- Negotiate pricing, timelines, and project deliverables.
- Maintain CRM records, sales pipeline, and client databases.
- Build long-term relationships with international clients.
- Achieve monthly lead generation, revenue, and conversion targets.
Technical Understanding (Preferred)
The candidate should have a basic understanding of:
Web Technologies: MERN Stack, MEAN Stack, Node.js, React.js, Angular
Mobile Application Technologies: Flutter, React Native, iOS , Kotlin
Required Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in IT Business Development or Online Bidding.
- Strong knowledge of Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Guru, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Excellent proposal writing and client communication skills.
- Understanding of Web Development, Mobile App Development, Digital Marketing, and IT Services.
- Experience in lead generation, cold calling, cold emailing, and client acquisition.
- Strong negotiation and deal-closing abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience handling international clients from the US, UK, Canada, Australia, UAE, or Europe.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipeline management.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
