Job Description:
We are hiring an Inside Sales & Activation Executive to be the phone-and-chat front line of our team. You'll qualify leads, book meetings, handle inbound enquiries, and support users turning conversations into customers.
Responsibilities:
- Cold-call and maintain a clean NCR customer database
- Qualify leads and book meetings for the Business Development and Customer Success teams
- Handle inbound enquiries and provide first-line support
- Provide real-time live-chat support to users on the platform
- Run early activation nudges and hand warm, qualified accounts to Customer Success with full context
- Re-engage signed-up-but-dormant accounts via call and chat
Requirements:
- 0–3 years of experience in tele-sales, inside sales, or customer support / BPO
- Clear and confident phone manner
- Fluent in Hindi & English
- Comfortable juggling calls, CRM updates, and live chat
- Target-oriented but service-minded
