Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Team Leader – Sales to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, experience in team handling, and the ability to achieve business targets through effective sales planning and customer relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, and mentor a team of sales executives/advisors.
- Lead the team to achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.
- Generate new business opportunities through customer acquisition and referrals.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching and guidance.
- Conduct team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Ensure timely follow-up of leads and customer inquiries.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Coordinate with management to implement sales strategies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry guidelines.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–5 years of experience in Sales, Team Handling, Insurance, BFSI, Banking, Financial Services, or Business Development.
- Fresh team leaders with strong sales experience may also apply.
- Good communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
