1.Project Execution & Site Management· Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure work execution as per approved drawings and project schedule. · Monitor fabrication, erection, installation, and commissioning activities at project sites. · Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machinery, tools, and materials at the site. · Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and internal departments for smooth project execution. · Conduct regular site inspections and maintain work progress records.
2.Planning & Coordination
· Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly work plans in coordination with the Project Manager.
· Track project timelines and ensure completion within targeted deadlines.
· Coordinate with procurement and stores for timely material availability.
· Review BOQ, technical drawings, layouts, and specifications before execution.
3.Quality Control
· Ensure all works are executed as per quality standards and approved procedures.
· Monitor welding, fabrication, alignment, fitting, and erection quality.
· Coordinate inspections and quality checks with QA/QC teams.
· Maintain documentation related to inspections, measurements, and project reports.
4.Safety & Compliance
· Ensure implementation of safety practices and use of PPE at site.
· Conduct toolbox talks and ensure safe work procedures are followed.
· Report unsafe conditions, incidents, and near misses immediately.
· Ensure compliance with company safety policies and statutory requirements.
5.Client & Contractor Handling
· Coordinate with clients and consultants regarding project progress and technical clarifications.
· Supervise contractor performance and ensure work quality and discipline.
· Resolve site-level technical and operational issues effectively.
6.Documentation & Reporting
· Maintain DPR (Daily Progress Report), site registers, material consumption reports, and manpower records.
· Prepare progress updates and submit reports to management regularly.
· Verify contractor bills, measurement sheets, and work completion status.
