Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced HR Senior Executive to manage recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, payroll coordination, compliance, and employee engagement activities. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and hands-on experience in core HR functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Support payroll, attendance, and leave management
- Manage employee engagement and grievance handling
- Ensure statutory and labor law compliance
- Assist in performance management and HR reporting
Requirements
- Graduate/MBA in HR or related field
- 0–2 years of HR experience
- Knowledge of HR operations and labor laws
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred: Experience in payroll coordination and employee engagement activities.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
