We are expanding our Brain Performance Division at our Pitampura clinic and are looking for a Paediatric Physiotherapist who is passionate about working with children and open to integrating neurocognitive training with physiotherapy.
Role Overview
This is not a conventional physiotherapy role.
The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering Brain Training Integrated Physiotherapy, combining:
- Motor development training
- Sensory-motor integration
- Neurocognitive stimulation
- Balance and coordination enhancement
- Postural and functional rehabilitation
You will work with children facing developmental delays, neurodevelopmental disorders, sensory processing issues, learning difficulties, and motor coordination challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed pediatric assessments (motor, postural, developmental & sensory screening)
- Design individualized therapy plans integrating physiotherapy with brain training protocols
- Implement sensory-motor and neurocognitive training modules
- Conduct structured sessions in coordination with the Brain Training team
- Educate and guide parents on home-based developmental exercises
- Maintain professional documentation and progress reports
- Participate in interdisciplinary case discussions
Eligibility Criteria
- BPT / MPT (Pediatrics preferred)
- 1–3 years of pediatric clinical experience preferred
- Strong interest in neurodevelopment and brain-based rehabilitation
- Good communication and child-handling skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt to structured brain training protocols
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of developmental milestones
- Experience with CP, ASD, ADHD, developmental delay, torticollis
- Exposure to NDT or sensory integration techniques
- Ability to make therapy sessions engaging and child-friendly
