Wealth Relationship Manager – Offline to manage and grow relationships with affluent and High Net Worth Individual (HNI) clients through branch-based and face-to-face interactions. The role involves providing personalized investment advisory services, managing client portfolios, acquiring new clients, and delivering comprehensive wealth management solutions to help clients achieve their financial objectives.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of HNI and affluent clients.
- Understand clients' financial goals and recommend suitable investment strategies.
- Advise clients on Mutual Funds, PMS, AIFs, Equities, Fixed Income Products, Bonds, and other wealth management solutions.
- Conduct regular portfolio reviews and provide timely investment recommendations.
- Acquire new clients through referrals, networking, and business development activities.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through exceptional service.
- Achieve AUM growth, revenue, and client acquisition targets.
- Stay updated with market trends and provide clients with relevant investment insights.
- Collaborate with research, product, and operations teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and internal compliance policies.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA (Finance) or Certified Financial Planner (CFP) certification preferred.
- 3–8 years of experience in Wealth Management, Investment Advisory, Private Banking, or Relationship Management.
- Strong experience in HNI Relationship Management.
- Sound knowledge of wealth management products and investment advisory.
- Excellent understanding of Mutual Funds, PMS, AIFs, Equities, Bonds, and Fixed Income Products.
- Strong client relationship management and business development skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Proven sales orientation with the ability to achieve revenue and AUM targets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-centric approach with the ability to build long-term client relationships.
- NISM and CFP certifications will be an added advantage.
