Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to promote and sell uPVC windows and doors under the Fenesta brand. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients, closing sales, and coordinating with internal teams for execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new leads through site visits, references, architects, and builders
- Conduct client meetings and product presentations
- Prepare quotations and negotiate deals
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with design, production, and installation teams.
- Maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, and contractors
- Follow up on leads and ensure closure
- Update CRM / sales reports regularly
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales (preferably in building materials / windows / interiors)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Basic knowledge of uPVC windows, aluminum systems, or construction industry preferred
- Ability to handle clients independently
- Comfortable with field sales and site visits
Qualification:
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred but not mandatory)
Compensation:
- Fixed Salary + Attractive Incentives
- Travel Allowance (if applicable)
Pay: ₹12,550.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
