Job Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and compassionate Parent Support Executives who are passionate about child development and enjoy interacting with parents.
Responsibilities
Guide parents on using Hungry Brain programs effectively.
Conduct follow-up calls and WhatsApp support.
Resolve parents' queries with patience and empathy.
Build strong relationships with parents and support them throughout their learning journey.
Motivate parents to continue their child's learning journey.
Collect feedback, success stories, and testimonials.
Coordinate online sessions whenever required.
Maintain accurate parent communication records.
Preferred Qualification
Graduate in any discipline
ECCEd / Montessori / NTT / B.Ed. / D.El.Ed. / Child Psychology or any related education background will be preferred.
1–3 years of experience in customer support/ preschool/ daycare/ parent counselling/ early childhood education.
Excellent communication and Computer skills.
Comfortable handling phone calls, WhatsApp chats, and google meet.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with Google Workspace.
We are hiring 2 Parent Support Executives:
Position 1 : Fluency in English, Hindi, Telugu, and Tamil is mandatory.
Position 2 : Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory. Knowledge of Marathi or any additional language will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
