Role description
It is a support team having its scope supporting users across various internation markets including India Australia Southern African Middle East English speaking markets together with some of the South West Asian countries Support setup is 24x5 and it starts from Sunday 10PM to Friday 11PM which includes Morning Afternoon and Night shift on weekly rotational basis Expectation is to work mostly from office Supporting dealers across the markets involves business critical solutions under Sales and After Sales domain Knowledge in ITSM tool like Service NOW SQL is good to have PowerBI knowledge can be a plus 5-2 years of working experience Proficient in English speakingwriting skills flexible to work in 24x5 shifts selflearner Stakeholder Management skills working experience with global stakeholders
