Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Patient Care Manager / Clinic In-Charge to handle patient coordination, clinic operations, and business development activities. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound and follow-up calls to patients and leads.
- Counsel and convince patients regarding treatments and services.
- Generate business and contribute to clinic sales targets.
- Coordinate appointments and manage patient scheduling.
- Ensure a smooth patient experience from inquiry to treatment.
- Handle daily clinic operations and front-office activities.
- Maintain patient records and follow-up database.
- Coordinate with doctors and internal teams for seamless operations.
- Resolve patient queries and provide excellent customer service.
- Support marketing and promotional activities to increase clinic footfall.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline (Healthcare background preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in patient counseling, clinic management, sales, or customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and basic computer operations.
- Positive attitude with a target-oriented approach.
