Role Overview
The Office Assistant will be responsible for providing hospitality and administrative support to the Managing Director (MD), Vice Presidents (VPs), and visitors, while ensuring the smooth functioning of day-to-day office activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve tea, coffee, snacks, water, and refreshments to the MD, VPs, guests, and meeting participants.
- Prepare and serve fresh juices and other beverages as required.
- Ensure meeting rooms are arranged and ready for meetings and discussions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of pantry and refreshment areas.
- Monitor and replenish pantry supplies, snacks, beverages, and consumables.
- Assist with office errands, document movement, and other administrative support activities.
- Support office staff with hospitality-related requirements during meetings and events.
- Ensure courteous, professional, and prompt service at all times.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10th / 12th Pass.
- Prior experience in office support, hospitality, pantry services, or a similar role preferred.
Requirements
- Good personal hygiene and professional appearance.
- Basic communication skills in Tamil and English.
- Polite, attentive, and service-oriented attitude.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism while working with senior management.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
