POSITION: SENIOR ACCOUNTS MANAGER (MANUFACTURING UNIT)

Key Responsibilities
- Day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping in Tally
- Maintenance and monitoring of General Ledger, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
- Accurate accounting and reconciliation of Raw Materials (RM), Packing Materials (PM) and Finished Goods (FG).
- Regular reconciliation of inventory records in Tally with:
- Physical stock records
- Stores records
- Production records
- SAP reports and system data
- Investigation and resolution of stock discrepancies and accounting variances.
- Preparation of monthly MIS reports, stock statements and management reports.
- Preparation and monitoring of budget & cash flows.
- Monitoring vendor payments, customer receivables and bank reconciliations.
- Management of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and General Ledger.
- Ensuring timely accounting of purchase, production and sales transactions.
- Coordination with Head Office for GST, TDS, audits, statutory compliance and finalisation of accounts.
- Monitoring inventory accounting, cost accounting and factory-related financial controls.
- Support during internal audits, statutory audits and stock verification exercises.
- Ensuring proper documentation and maintenance of accounting records.
- Review and reconciliation of ledgers, vendor accounts, customer accounts and statutory records.
- Ensuring adherence to internal control systems and company policies.
- Supervising and guiding junior accounts personnel.
Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
