Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and organized Placement Coordinator to manage end-to-end placement activities, coordinate with students and hiring partners, and ensure smooth execution of the placement process. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills, preferably with experience in the EdTech or Education industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand hiring requirements and align placement activities with organizational processes.
- Conduct Placement Management Program (PMP) sessions for student batches.
- Identify and shortlist eligible students for placement opportunities.
- Coordinate interview schedules between students and hiring partners.
- Follow up with HR teams regarding interview feedback and hiring updates.
- Track students throughout the placement process until offer acceptance and onboarding.
- Maintain and update placement trackers, reports, and documentation on a daily basis.
- Ensure timely communication with students regarding interview schedules, feedback, and placement updates.
- Provide regular status updates to the Placement Manager.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of placement activities.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous process improvement.
- Adhere to company policies and perform additional responsibilities assigned by the reporting manager.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Placement Coordination, Recruitment, Student Relations, HR, or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and follow-up abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the EdTech, Education, or Training industry will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
