Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to drive property sales, manage customer relationships, and lead site-based sales activities. The candidate should have experience in real estate sales and a strong ability to close deals.
Key Responsibilities:
· Generate and convert sales leads.
· Conduct site visits and property presentations.
· Manage customer inquiries and follow-ups.
· Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
· Maintain customer records and sales reports.
· Coordinate with marketing teams for lead generation activities.
· Build long-term relationships with clients and channel partners.
· Negotiate and close property sales.
Required Skills:
· Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
· Experience in real estate or property sales.
