1. Oversee and coordinate all core departments: Operations, Sales & Marketing, HR & Admin, and Finance to ensure smooth business functioning.
2. Supervise project execution and site activities through the Operations team, ensuring timelines, quality, and cost control.
3. Plan and monitor overall project performance, including sales progress, collections, and inventory movement.
4. Drive sales performance by closely tracking daily, weekly, and monthly targets and ensuring conversion efficiency.
5. Conduct regular review meetings with Sales, CRM, and Projects teams to track progress and resolve bottlenecks.
6. Ensure proper customer handling from enquiry to deal closure, including coordination between sales and CRM teams.
7. Ensure strong control over token conversion, with continuous follow-up to convert all tokens into confirmed sales without delay.
8. Ensure token to registration completion within 30 days, with strict monitoring and coordination across departments.
9. Ensure all loan customers are properly followed up, with timely coordination with financial institutions for approvals and disbursement.
10. Monitor customer payment collections and ensure no delay in receivables.
11. Ensure proper interdepartmental coordination for faster decision-making and issue resolution.
12. Review team performance and ensure accountability across all levels.
13. Ensure discipline, reporting structure, and professional communication across departments.
