Job Summary
We are looking for a knowledgeable and motivated Strength & Conditioning Coach to design and deliver performance-based training programs for clients and athletes. The coach will focus on improving strength, endurance, speed, mobility, flexibility, and overall athletic performance while ensuring client safety and motivation.
Key Responsibilities
- Design individualized and group strength & conditioning programs.
- Conduct fitness and performance assessments for clients and athletes.
- Lead training sessions focused on strength, endurance, agility, mobility, and injury prevention.
- Monitor client progress and modify training plans accordingly.
- Educate clients on exercise techniques, recovery, and fitness best practices.
- Ensure safe and proper use of gym equipment and training methods.
- Maintain accurate records of client performance and attendance.
- Collaborate with physiotherapists, nutritionists, and fitness trainers when required.
- Motivate and support clients in achieving their fitness and performance goals.
- Stay updated with current industry trends, certifications, and training methodologies.
Required Qualifications
- Certification in Strength & Conditioning, Personal Training, or Sports Performance Training.
- Bachelor’s degree in Sports Science, Physical Education, Exercise Science, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in strength & conditioning coaching.
- CPR & First Aid certification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, biomechanics, and exercise programming.
