We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented E-Commerce Intern to support our online sales and digital marketplace operations. This internship provides hands-on experience in managing online product listings, analyzing sales performance, supporting promotional campaigns, and enhancing the customer shopping experience across e-commerce platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing and updating product catalogs, descriptions, pricing, and images on e-commerce platforms.
- Monitor product availability and coordinate inventory updates.
- Support the execution of online promotions, campaigns, and seasonal sales events.
- Track and analyze website traffic, sales performance, and customer behavior metrics.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Assist in processing customer inquiries and resolving order-related issues.
- Prepare reports and dashboards on key e-commerce performance indicators.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and operations teams to ensure a seamless online shopping experience.
- Help maintain content accuracy and optimize product pages for search visibility.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Digital Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.
- Strong interest in online retail and digital commerce.
- Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, Flipkart, or similar marketplaces.
- Basic knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, or digital marketing concepts.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools is a plus.
