We are looking for a proactive and organized Office Coordinator Cum Customer Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day office operations while providing excellent customer support. Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily office operations and administrative activities.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries professionally.
- Maintain office records, documents, and filing systems.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate with internal teams.
- Follow up with customers regarding inquiries, orders, and service requests.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and escalate issues when necessary.
- Prepare reports, maintain databases, and update records.
- Assist with billing, quotations, and other administrative tasks as required.
- Ensure a clean, organized, and efficient office environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in office administration or customer support.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
- Positive attitude with a customer-first approach.
Preferred Skills
- Experience using CRM software.
- Basic knowledge of invoicing and documentation.
- Professional telephone etiquette.
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
