Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior CAD Engineer with experience in Machine Design, Special Purpose Machines (SPM), and Machine Building Projects. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in 2D/3D CAD modeling, detailing, product development, and manufacturing support, along with hands-on experience using CREO and Windchill.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop detailed 2D and 3D CAD models, assemblies, and manufacturing drawings.
- Design machine tools, automation systems, and Special Purpose Machines (SPMs).
- Prepare and manage Bills of Materials (BOMs) and engineering documentation.
- Release drawings and coordinate with manufacturing teams for production support.
- Participate in machine integration, testing, validation, and troubleshooting activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, procurement, and project management.
- Ensure design compliance with project requirements, quality standards, and timelines.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers when required.
- Support end-to-end project execution from concept development to commissioning.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- 3–5 years of experience in machine design, SPMs, or machine building projects.
- Proficiency in CREO, and Windchill.
- Strong understanding of mechanical design principles, GD&T, and manufacturing processes.
- Experience in BOM creation, drawing release, and engineering change management.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

- Automation equipment design.
- Machine building and assembly support.
- Team handling and project coordination.
- Exposure to industrial manufacturing environments.
