Senior Resident (SR) / Assistant Professor – General Medicine

Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive inpatient and outpatient care in General Medicine.
Participate in clinical rounds, case discussions, and patient management planning.
Teach and mentor MBBS and MD students, interns, and junior residents.
Assist in academic activities, departmental meetings, and CME programs.
Contribute to clinical research, clinical audits, and quality-improvement initiatives.
Ensure adherence to hospital policies, ethical standards, and patient-safety guidelines.
Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams within the hospital.
Required Qualifications
MBBS and MD (General Medicine) from an MCI/NMC-recognized institution.
Valid medical registration.
For Assistant Professor: Minimum required teaching/clinical experience as per NMC
norms.
Strong clinical competency, communication skills, and professional ethics.
