We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our in-house team in Gurugram. This is a full-time, on-site role where you'll create visually engaging designs for digital, social media, branding, and marketing campaigns. You will collaborate closely with the marketing and creative teams to produce compelling visual assets that align with our brand identity and business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Design high-quality graphics for social media, digital marketing campaigns, websites, presentations, and other marketing collateral.
- Create engaging creatives for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital channels.
- Develop banners, ad creatives, email graphics, brochures, flyers, and promotional materials.
- Maintain consistency across all visual communications by adhering to brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with the marketing, content, and video teams to create integrated campaign assets.
- Edit and enhance images, illustrations, and layouts for both digital and print use.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, typography, color theory, and industry best practices.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
- Incorporate feedback efficiently and make revisions as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience as a Graphic Designer.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Canva.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe InDesign is a plus.
- Strong understanding of typography, layout design, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience designing for digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Excellent creativity, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work efficiently under deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Comfortable working in a full-time, on-site team environment.
Additional Requirements
- This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram.
- Candidates are required to bring their own laptop (BYOL) capable of running professional graphic design software efficiently.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
