Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application needs. The engineer actively participates in the full software development lifecycle, from initial concept through deployment and ongoing support, ensuring seamless integration and usability across platforms.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to foster professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery.
- Support the development and maintenance of documentation related to application design and configuration.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce CG Cloud Trade Promotion Management Development.
- Strong experience in customizing and configuring Salesforce applications to meet complex business requirements.
- Ability to design scalable and maintainable software solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect Salesforce with external systems.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to Salesforce applications.
- Knowledge of best practices in software development, including version control and deployment strategies.
