Workshop Manager – Commercial Vehicles
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Workshop Manager to oversee the daily operations of our commercial vehicle workshop. The candidate will be responsible for managing service activities, workshop staff, customer satisfaction, productivity, and profitability while ensuring high-quality repairs and adherence to company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all workshop operations.
- Lead and guide Assistant Workshop Managers, Supervisors, Technicians, and Electricians.
- Ensure timely repair and delivery of vehicles.
- Monitor workshop productivity, efficiency, and labour revenue.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the spare parts department to ensure parts availability.
- Monitor warranty claims and service quality standards.
- Conduct daily review meetings and allocate work effectively.
- Ensure compliance with safety and company policies.
- Prepare operational reports and track workshop performance KPIs.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering.
- 8+ years of experience in commercial vehicle or automobile workshop operations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Experience with Tata Motors, Ashok Leyland, Eicher, BharatBenz, or similar commercial vehicle brands preferred.
- Good understanding of workshop processes, diagnostics, and service operations.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
