1) Designing electrical systems / equipment to provide a useful and safe environment for the mission critical market in accordance with the clients requirements for reliability and uptime.
2) Advises clients regarding electrical systems/requirements available to meet their needs and comply with all applicable codes.
3) Monitors installation of designed equipment / systems to ensure compliance with design documents.
4) Conducts fault studies, arch flash, harmonic analysis , motor starting and load flow analysis. Develop Design criteria for protective device coordination , relay selection, medium voltage transformers ,switchgear ,medium and low voltage distribution.
5)Perform independent design calculations for electrical equipment like transformers, DG sets, Cables (HV&LV), lightening, grounding, AC/DC UPS, NGR and capacitor sizing.
6) Able to develop and / or lead the design of electrical master plans for facilities encompassing but not limited to the following: reliable power distribution , motor control centers, energy efficient Lightning systems , fire alarm interface, Building Level Uninterrupted power systems (UPS) Systems, engine generators.
7)Reviews Electrical Designs and specifications of equipment or systems being purchased or fabricated.
8) Provides Electrical design direction and resource management on multi-Discipline projects.
9)Developing Concept studies,designs,detail single line diagram for HV/LV system, layouts for power/ grounding/ lighting and narratives.
10) Participate in the identification , recruiting and management of resource to meet the needs of the business.
11) Experienced in softwares like: ETAP,SPELL,SKM and Dialux/Visual , AutoCAD, BIM (Revit)
