Dialysis Nurse
Experience: Fresher to 2 Years
Salary: As per experience and assessment
Qualification: GNM/ B.SC with valid registration
(ANM Only with valid renal care experience of min.6 months)
Roles And Responsibilities:
· Conduct pre-dialysis assessments, including vital signs, medical history, and dialysis prescriptions.
· Monitor lab results (e.g., blood work, electrolytes) and adjust treatments accordingly.
· Assess patient comfort and well-being before, during, and after dialysis sessions.
· Continuously monitor patients throughout the dialysis process for adverse reactions or complications.
· Recognize and manage potential complications such as hypotension, cramps, and infections.
· Provide emotional support to patients undergoing dialysis treatment.
· Document patient data, treatment outcomes, and any incidents in patient records accurately.
· Communicate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care and coordinate treatment adjustments.
· Follow strict protocols for infection prevention, including sterilization and maintenance of dialysis equipment.
· Monitor for signs of infection at dialysis access sites and report as necessary.
· Respond promptly and effectively to patient emergencies during dialysis, including initiating CPR if needed.
· Recognize early signs of complications and escalate to the physician or other medical staff as appropriate.
· Participate in quality assurance activities to improve patient outcomes and the efficiency of the dialysis unit.
· Stay updated on the latest dialysis technologies and nursing practices.
Skills Required:
· Knowledge of nursing & Proactive Monitoring
· Strong clinical skills with a focus on patient care during dialysis procedures.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
· Thorough understanding and assistance of Haemodialysis procedure
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
