Job Description
We are looking for a results-driven B2B Sales Executive to expand our client base in the US IT Staffing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new B2B clients for US IT Staffing services.
- Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and networking.
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers, MSPs, and implementation partners.
- Understand client hiring needs and present customized staffing solutions.
- Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure timely candidate submissions.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Update CRM with client interactions and sales activities.
Pay: ₹15,797.19 - ₹24,761.63 per month
