We’re looking for a proactive, highly organized, and guest-focused Airbnb Co-Host / Property Management Associate to help manage day-to-day operations for a growing short-term rental business. This is an exciting opportunity to join an early-stage hospitality venture and play a key role in creating exceptional guest experiences while streamlining backend operations.
This is a fully remote role ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced startup environments, enjoys multitasking, and has strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Communication & Experience
Manage guest inquiries across Airbnb and other booking platforms in a timely, professional, and friendly manner
Handle booking confirmations, pre-arrival communication, check-in/check-out instructions, and post-stay follow-ups
Resolve guest concerns, complaints, or emergencies efficiently while maintaining a high standard of hospitality
Ensure excellent guest experience to drive positive reviews and repeat bookings
Listing & Reservation Management
Manage Airbnb listings, calendars, availability, and pricing updates
Coordinate reservations and prevent booking conflicts
Optimize listing descriptions, photos, amenities, and property information
Monitor occupancy and suggest pricing adjustments based on demand trends
Operations Coordination
Coordinate with cleaners, maintenance staff, vendors, and on-ground support teams
Schedule property turnovers between guest stays
Track maintenance issues and ensure timely resolution
Manage inventory requirements such as guest essentials, supplies, and restocking coordination
Property Management Support
Maintain SOPs for guest handling, emergencies, and operations
Monitor property performance metrics (occupancy, reviews, response rates, revenue trends)
Assist in scaling systems and workflows as the business grows
Support onboarding of new properties into the portfolio
Administrative Tasks
Maintain spreadsheets, booking records, and operational dashboards
Generate reports on occupancy, revenue, guest feedback, and operational performance
Assist with vendor payments, invoicing coordination, and documentation
Requirements
Experience in Airbnb hosting, short-term rental management, hospitality, customer support, or property management preferred
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to stay calm under pressure and solve problems quickly
Experience with Airbnb platform, Booking.com, VRBO, Hostaway, Guesty, Hospitable, or similar tools is a plus
Comfortable using excel.
Detail-oriented with strong ownership mindset
Ability to work independently in a startup environment
