Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Dealer Sales Executive to drive cement sales through dealer and distributor networks. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in cement/building material sales, dealer management, market development and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with cement dealers, distributors and retailers.
- Identify new dealers and expand the distribution network in the assigned territory.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for cement products.
- Generate new business opportunities through market visits and dealer meetings.
- Manage regular dealer follow-ups, order booking and sales conversion.
- Monitor stock availability, pricing, market demand and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with dealers regarding product availability, dispatches and deliveries.
- Conduct regular market visits to identify new opportunities and strengthen dealer relationships.
- Promote products and communicate product benefits, schemes and offers to dealers.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and timely delivery.
- Track outstanding payments and support timely collection from dealers.
- Prepare sales reports, market feedback and dealer performance updates.
- Ensure strong market presence and brand visibility within the assigned territory.
