Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Digital Campaigns: Develop and manage PPC (Google Ads), social media ads (Facebook/Instagram), and email marketing campaigns to drive leads.
- Property Listing Management: Create and maintain engaging property listings on websites and platforms
- Social Media & Content Strategy: Build brand presence through consistent content creation, including videos and virtual tours.
- Analytics & Reporting: Analyze performance metrics (ROI, conversion rates) using tools to optimize strategies.
- SEO & Web Management: Optimize websites for search engines and enhance landing pages for improved user engagement.
- CRM and Nurturing: Collaborate with sales teams and utilize CRM systems to nurture leads and automate follow-ups.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 1–5+ years in digital marketing, with preferable experience in real estate.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, SEO/SEM, and CRM software.
- Communication: Strong content writing and copywriting skills for social media and marketing materials.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields
