Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CAD Designer to join our team in Malad, Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating accurate technical drawings, layouts, and design documentation using CAD software. The candidate should possess strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with engineering, architecture, or production teams to deliver high-quality designs.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, modify, and review 2D and 3D CAD drawings and models based on project requirements.
- Prepare detailed technical drawings, layouts, and design specifications.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand design requirements.
- Ensure all drawings comply with industry standards, company guidelines, and project specifications.
- Revise drawings based on feedback and project changes.
- Maintain proper documentation and version control of design files.
- Conduct design checks to identify and resolve drafting errors.
- Assist in project planning and coordinate with cross-functional teams when required.
- Support manufacturing, construction, or execution teams with technical drawings and clarifications.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience as a CAD Designer, Draftsman, or similar role.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant CAD software (SolidWorks, Revit, CATIA, SketchUp, etc., as applicable).
- Strong understanding of technical drawings, drafting standards, and design principles.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
