Intern Responsibilities:
1. Visit small beauty salons, home parlours, nail studios and bridal artists in your area to introduce Hyperblush — a new beauty booking app launching in Delhi NCR in a couple of months.
2. Explain the free early partner listing offer and help salon owners fill a short registration form on the spot.
3. Collect verified signups — each registration requires a selfie sent via WhatsApp as proof of visit.
4. Maintain a daily tracking sheet of salons visited, signups collected, and follow-ups pending.
5. Share feedback and observations from salon owners after each day in the field.
Additional Candidate Preferences:
1. Candidates with experience strongly preferred — most salon owners respond better to experienced representatives.
2. Must be comfortable with daily field visits and talking to new people confidently.
3. Candidates based in Delhi preferred for proximity to target areas.
Stipend:
- Fixed: ₹8,000/month minimum (20 minimum registrations per week required)
- Incentive: ₹50 per verified registration above 20 per week
