Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with potential customers through calls, emails, and social media.
- Generate and qualify leads for our products and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
- Understand customer requirements and present suitable solutions.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate with the sales team.
- Follow up with leads to drive conversions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM or spreadsheets.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation targets.
Requirements
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree (Any specialization).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident in speaking with customers over phone and online platforms.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Quick learner with a positive attitude.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
