Role Description
The Campaign Operations Associate will support the execution of email marketing campaigns and assist the team in managing campaign workflows. Responsibilities include campaign setup support, coordinating with internal teams, managing campaign data, and monitoring campaign performance.

- B.Sc (Computer Science / IT)
Skills Required
- Good verbal and written communication skills (Mandatory)
- Basic analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong attention to detail and process orientation
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tools and platforms
- Basic understanding of data handling (Excel / CSV files)
Additional Advantage
- Basic knowledge of Linux
- Understanding of APIs or basic scripting concepts
- Exposure to digital marketing or email marketing tools
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in setting up and executing email marketing campaigns on different ESP platforms
- Support campaign scheduling, data uploads, and segmentation activities
- Monitor campaign performance and report any delivery or operational issues
- Assist in client onboarding activities including account setup, DNS configuration, and data uploads
- Help prepare campaign performance reports and internal documentation
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure campaigns are executed accurately and on time
- Learn and understand various Email Service Providers (ESPs) and campaign workflows
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
