Elevator Installation Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Elevator Installation Manager to oversee and coordinate the installation of elevators at various construction sites. As the Installation Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing installation teams working on different locations, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead and supervise installation teams during elevator installations at multiple sites.
2. Plan and schedule installation projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
3. Allocate resources, including manpower and equipment, to optimize installation efficiency and meet project deadlines.
4. Collaborate with project stakeholders, such as construction managers, architects, and engineers, to ensure seamless integration of elevators into building plans.
5. Oversee and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for installation teams and compliance with industry regulations.
6. Monitor progress and performance of installation teams, identifying areas for improvement and providing necessary training and support.
7. Handle manpower efficiently, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
8. Manage and maintain relationships with elevator suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of equipment and services.
9. Communicate effectively with clients to address any concerns or issues during the installation process.
10. Maintain detailed records of installation activities, expenses, and progress reports.
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience in managing elevator installations or related construction projects.
2. Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead diverse teams effectively.
3. In-depth knowledge of elevator installation processes and industry best practices.
4. Excellent organizational and project management abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
5. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
6. Problem-solving mindset with the ability to make quick decisions and handle challenges during installations.
7. Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in the construction industry.
8. A bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field is preferred.
