Job Summary:
Specialist - Digital Marketing will be responsible for strategies, execute and manage the Social Media platforms for Colorshine and sister concerns.
Job Responsibilities
1. Develop and execute the overall digital marketing strategy for Colorshine across social media, website, SEO, email marketing and paid campaigns.
2. Coordinate with agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure timely execution of social media posts, blogs, reels, videos and website updates as per the approved content calendar.
3. Build and maintain a strong digital presence for Colorshine through website hygiene, SEO, keyword optimization, brand consistency and regular updates of events, exhibitions across platforms.
4. Run and monitor paid digital campaigns including Meta ads, email marketing and lead generation activities within approved budgets.
5. Track competitors, industry trends, hashtags, keywords and viral content opportunities to strengthen Colorshine’s digital positioning.
6. Ensure all digital enquiries are captured in CRM, shared with the sales team, tracked for conversion and reported to management through regular MIS dashboards.
Qualifications
- Proven track record with 3-5 years of experience in core social media management
- Excellent knowledge of all top social media channels
- Demonstrated ability to grow engagement and followers across various social platforms
- Excellent writing skills with a portfolio showcasing diverse content (posts, newsletters, scripts) preferred.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate unique ideas and viral-worthy content
- Proficiency in social media posting and management tools preferred
- Familiarity with graphic design and video editing tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a value addition
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience), BMM or something similar with certification in digital marketing
- Up-to-date knowledge of social media best practices and emerging platforms
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
