About Role
We are looking for a confident and target-driven Real Estate Sales Executive with strong communication and convincing skills. The candidate will handle both inbound and outbound calls, understand customer requirements, follow up with prospects, and convert them into successful sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with potential customers.
- Understand customer requirements, budget, and preferences.
- Explain details, pricing, and relevant information as instructed.
- Generate and qualify leads through calls and follow-ups.
- Schedule meetings with prospective clients.
- Maintain customer and lead records in Excel.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Sales & Marketing with 1+ year of target-based sales experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and convincing skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Basic CRM & MS Excel knowledge.
What We Offer
- Fixed salary+Target-based incentive.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
