We are seeking a Senior HR Manager to lead our people operations, align human resources strategies with our business goals, and foster a high-performance workplace culture. In this role, you will oversee talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance and performance management. Also oversee HR legal compliance, draft and implement HR policies, and ensure adherence to employment laws and statutory requirements.
Strategic HR Leadership & Advisory:
- Align HR initiatives with corporate goals alongside executive leadership.
- Management Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to the management for headcount planning, organisational design, and culture.
- Scalability: Design and implement scalable HR policies, handbooks, and frameworks to support company growth.
Split-Workforce Management & Culture
- Unified Culture: Build engagement programs that bridge the gap between on-site operations and remote sales teams.
- Performance Systems: Refine performance review processes tailored to both output-based sales goals and hourly operational metrics.
- Internal Communications: Ensure clear, transparent communication channels across different regions and environments.
Talent Acquisition & Employee Experience
- Hiring Strategy: Oversee full-cycle recruitment for critical and leadership roles.
- Onboarding & Retention: Refine onboarding processes to boost long-term employee retention.
Performance Management & Development
- Evaluation Frameworks: Lead quarterly or annual performance review cycles across teams.
- Succession Planning: Identify high-potential employees and build internal leadership pipelines.
- Compensation Reviews: Guide salary benchmarking, promotional cycles, and benefit adjustments.
Employee Relations & Compliance
- Conflict Resolution: Mediate complex workplace disputes and conduct sensitive investigations.
- Legal Compliance: Ensure all company policies strictly adhere to labour laws, statutory regulations, and internal company policies.
- Handle statutory compliance, including PF and ESI registrations, monthly filings, contributions, and related documentation.
- Risk Management: Maintain accurate digital employee records and oversee workplace safety.
- Draft, review, and update HR policies, procedures, and employee documentation in compliance with applicable employment laws.
- Maintain accurate HR records and support internal and external compliance audits.
- Monitor legislative changes and recommend necessary policy updates.
- Coordinate with the Legal and Accounts team on employment-related compliance matters.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree/MBA in HR or Business Administration.
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in HR management, HR policy, and legal compliances.
- Proven experience in drafting HR policies and procedures.
- Hands-on experience in PF, ESI and other compliances, including statutory filings and documentation.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, labour regulations, and statutory compliance.
- Experience handling HR documentation, audits, and compliance reporting.
Pay: From ₹60,000.00 per month
