Job Summary
We are looking for a result-oriented Business Development Executive – B2B Client Acquisition (Field Sales) to drive new business development for our digital marketing services. The role involves meeting business owners, presenting digital marketing solutions, and closing high-value B2B deals.
This is a pure field sales role focused on acquiring new clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new B2B leads through field visits and direct meetings
- Meet SME and corporate clients to pitch digital marketing services (SEO, Paid Ads, Social Media Marketing, Performance Marketing, etc.)
- Conduct client presentations and explain ROI-driven marketing solutions
- Negotiate and close deals to achieve monthly revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business decision-makers
- Maintain daily sales reports and pipeline updates
Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of B2B field sales experience
- Experience in field sales is compulsory
- Applicants need to have bike for client visits
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Target-driven and self-motivated
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Ad Sales / Digital Marketing Sales / SaaS Sales preferred
- Experience in selling digital marketing services, media solutions, or software products
- Exposure to client acquisition and revenue-based sales targets
