We need a friendly and skilled Barista to join our team. You will welcome guests, make high-quality coffee and thick shake drinks, and keep the cafe clean and welcoming.
- Customer Service: Greet guests warmly, answer menu questions, and take orders accurately.
- Drink Preparation: Make coffee, espresso drinks, and other beverages following precise recipes and standards.
- Cash Handling: Process cash and card payments using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Cleanliness: Keep the counter, espresso machine, and seating areas clean and sanitary.
- Restocking: Monitor inventory and restock coffee beans, cups, milk, and pastries.
- Experience: Previous food service or customer service experience is helpful, but training is often provided.
- Technical Skills: Ability to operate espresso machines, grinders, and cash registers.
- Soft Skills: Friendly attitude, strong communication, and the ability to work fast during busy times.
- Health and Safety: Knowledge of basic food safety and hygiene rules.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
