Job Summary
The Community Mobilizer will be responsible for identifying, counseling, and mobilizing. The role involves extensive fieldwork, community engagement, awareness generation, and coordination with local stakeholders to ensure successful enrollment and participation of candidates.
Key Responsibilities
Community Outreach & Mobilization
- Conduct field visits in villages, schools, colleges, and communities to identify potential candidates.
- Organize awareness campaigns, counseling sessions, and mobilization drives.
- Promote skill development programs and career opportunities among youth.
- Build relationships with community leaders, local authorities, educational institutions, and NGOs.
Candidate Counseling
- Counsel candidates and parents regarding training programs, career opportunities, and placement prospects.
- Guide candidates through the enrollment and admission process.
- Address candidate queries and concerns effectively.
Enrollment & Documentation
- Support candidate registration and documentation processes.
- Ensure accurate collection and verification of candidate information.
- Maintain mobilization records and enrollment databases.
Stakeholder Coordination
- Coordinate with local community representatives and government officials.
- Work closely with trainers and center staff to ensure batch fulfillment.
- Support center activities, events, and community engagement initiatives.
Reporting & MIS
- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly mobilization reports.
- Update MIS records related to outreach, counseling, and enrollments.
- Track mobilization targets and provide regular updates to management.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in community mobilization, sales, marketing, outreach, or skill development projects
- Freshers with strong communication skills and willingness to travel may also apply
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong persuasion and counseling abilities
- Ability to conduct field visits and community interactions
- Good networking and relationship-building skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, MIS reporting)
- Ability to work independently and achieve mobilization targets
Preferred
- Experience in Skill Development, CSR, NSDC, DDU-GKY, PMKVY, or vocational training projects
- Familiarity with the local language and community dynamics
- Knowledge of local employment and training opportunities
- Having own vehicle.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per hour
