We are looking for a highly proactive and entrepreneurial Sales Specialist who can help us scale sales globally and contribute directly to business growth.

Pronnel provides AI-powered business communication and automation solutions that help companies streamline customer engagement, lead management, outbound operations, and sales workflows.
Our platform includes: AI Calling Solutions, Omnichannel CRM, AI Chatbots, Automation Workflows, and Lead Management Systems.
Role Overview:
This is not a conventional sales role.
You will work closely with the founding team and play a key role in building the sales process from the ground up.
We are looking for someone who enjoys ownership, experimentation, and solving business problems through sales strategy and execution.
You will be responsible for handling the complete sales journey — from identifying opportunities and generating leads to demos, follow-ups, negotiations, and closures.
The founders will actively work alongside you and help in demos, strategy discussions, positioning, and closing opportunities. This is a collaborative role where ideas and execution both matter.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to build, experiment, grow fast, and create real business impact.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies for India and international markets.
Identify potential customers across different countries and industries.
Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn, outbound outreach, networking, referrals, and other channels.
Handle the complete sales cycle independently (Lead Generation, Prospecting, Outreach, Product Demonstration, Follow-ups, Negotiation, Deal Closure).
Understand customer pain points and position solutions effectively.
Conduct product demos and explain platform capabilities confidently.
Build long-term customer relationships and partnerships.
Work closely with the founders to improve positioning, outreach strategy, and market expansion.
Contribute ideas for viral marketing, SEO, branding, outreach campaigns, and growth strategies.
Experiment with new sales approaches and growth opportunities.
Maintain sales pipeline and CRM updates accurately.
What We're Looking For:

Preferred Experience:
2–5 years of experience in B2B SaaS, CRM, AI, automation, or software sales.
Experience handling complete sales cycles independently.
Familiarity with outbound sales, LinkedIn outreach, and lead generation tools.
Experience selling software or technology solutions is preferred.
Compensation & Growth:
Initial compensation during the first 3 months will be at a startup-stage structure.
Performance and sales results during this period will directly influence salary revision and future growth.
