Role Overview:
The Talent Acquisition Executive/Specialist will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities across multiple functions including Operations, Fleet, HR, Rider Acquisition, Customer Support and Corporate positions. The role requires a proactive recruiter capable of sourcing quality talent, maintaining hiring pipelines and ensuring timely closure of positions to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment life cycle from requisition to on-boarding.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, consultants and other recruitment channels.
- Conduct initial screening, telephonic interviews and candidate assessments.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions within defined turnaround times.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
Bulk & Field Hiring:
- Manage mass hiring requirements for Riders, Fleet Staff, Operations Executives, Helpers and other field workforce.
- Conduct walk-in drives, job fairs, campus drives and local hiring campaigns.
- Coordinate with recruitment vendors and manpower agencies.
- Track daily joining targets and hiring productivity.
Candidate Experience & Onboarding:
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Coordinate offer roll outs, document collection and pre-joining formalities.
- Follow up with selected candidates to minimise dropouts and no-shows.
- Support on-boarding and induction activities.
Stakeholder Management:
- Coordinate closely with department heads and city managers to understand manpower requirements.
- Provide regular hiring updates and recruitment status reports.
- Ensure alignment between business requirements and recruitment efforts.
Recruitment MIS & Reporting:
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases and Generate reports on:
- Open positions
- Hiring status
- Source effectiveness
- Offer-to-join ratio
- Time-to-hire
- Recruitment cost metrics
- Monitor recruitment KPIs and suggest process improvements.
Compliance & Documentation:
- Ensure complete and accurate candidate documentation.
- Maintain recruitment records and hiring documentation.
- Support background verification and reference checks where applicable.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

- Time to fill vacancies
- Offer acceptance ratio
- Joining ratio
- Recruitment cost efficiency
- Candidate retention during probation
- Recruitment SLA adherence
Qualifications & Skills:
- 1-5 years of recruitment experience.
- Experience in logistics, quick commerce, e-commerce, staffing or manpower hiring preferred.
- Strong sourcing and screening skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets and recruitment portals.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Strong negotiation and candidate relationship management skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in high-volume hiring.
- Knowledge of job portals such as Naukri, Apna, Indeed, Work India and LinkedIn.
- Experience recruiting blue-collar and white-collar workforce.
- Understanding of workforce planning and manpower budgeting.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
