Key ResponsibilitiesOffice Administration
- Manage the day-to-day administrative operations of the office.
- Maintain office files, records, and documentation in an organized manner.
- Monitor office supplies and coordinate purchases when required.
- Ensure office facilities, equipment, and workspaces are properly maintained.
Documentation & Record Management
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave reports.
- Organize company documents, agreements, and confidential files.
- Prepare reports, letters, and official correspondence as required.
- Ensure accurate data entry and record keeping.
Staff Coordination
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Assist management in scheduling meetings, appointments, and office activities.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee administrative processes.
- Communicate company policies and administrative updates to staff.
Financial & Administrative Support
- Maintain petty cash records and monitor office expenses.
- Assist in preparing expense reports and administrative budgets.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and external agencies.
- Support management with administrative and operational tasks.
Customer & Visitor Management
- Welcome clients, visitors, and business partners professionally.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries.
- Direct visitors and communications to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain a professional and positive office environment.
Compliance & Office Policies
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Support implementation of workplace rules and administrative standards.
- Maintain confidentiality of company and employee information.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in office administration or administrative support.
- Freshers with strong organizational and communication skills may also apply.
