Requirement:
- Production Management: Scheduling work orders, managing shift activities, and achieving daily targets.
- Machine Operation & Maintenance: Overseeing the setup, operation, and maintenance of injection molding machines and robots, including troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
- Quality Control: Implementing quality standards (ISO), performing first-off inspections, and conducting root cause analysis for defective parts.
- Process Optimization: Adjusting molding parameters (pressure, temperature, cycle times) to maximize efficiency and cost-saving.
- Team Leadership & Training: Training operators on molding techniques, safety protocols (5S), and troubleshooting.
- Documentation: Preparing production reports, tracking inventory, and documenting machine performance.
