Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
Resolve customer queries in a professional and timely manner.
Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining quality standards.
Update customer information accurately in the system.
Meet individual and team performance targets.
Eligibility
HSC/Graduate (Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply)
Excellent English communication skills.
Comfortable working in rotational US, UK, or Australian shifts.
Basic computer knowledge.
