Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executive (BDE) / Online Bidder to join our team. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of online bidding platforms and be responsible for generating business opportunities, handling client communication, and supporting company growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through online bidding portals such as Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, Fiverr, etc.
- Understand client requirements and submit proposals accordingly.
- Communicate with potential clients and maintain professional relationships.
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to sales growth.
- Coordinate with internal teams to understand project scope and client needs.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain bidding records.
- Research market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements:
- 0–2 years of experience in Business Development / Online Bidding.
- Basic knowledge of bidding portals like Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, Fiverr, etc.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills are a plus.
- Ability to understand client requirements and write proposals.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of Web development or digital solutions.
- Basic understanding of lead generation and sales process.
- Familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
