Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales executive to join our team in Vadodara. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets by promoting insurance and financial products. Candidates with experience in sales, business development, or insurance services are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business through lead generation, referrals, networking, and field sales activities.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable insurance and financial products.
- Manage the complete sales process from prospecting to closing deals.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer onboarding and after-sales support.
- Maintain accurate customer records, follow-ups, and CRM updates.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline preferred.
- 1–2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Insurance, or Financial Services.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to generate leads and achieve sales targets.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.
- Good presentation, problem-solving, and time management skills.
