About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Senior Marketing Manager to take ownership of the Union & Forge vertical. This is a senior individual contributor role with scope to take on broader responsibilities across the Marketing Head's portfolio. The ideal candidate brings a strong track record in campaign planning, brand activations, and cross-functional execution — and is ready to step into a role where they can own outcomes end-to-end.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Planning & Execution:
- Lead end-to-end campaign planning for the Union & Forge vertical, aligned to business objectives and seasonal priorities.
- Develop detailed content briefs for the creative team (video and design) and manage timelines on the shared content calendar.
- Brief the Marketing Head on paid ad objectives, target audiences, budgets, and timelines; support initial Meta/Google Ads setups and monitor performance.
- Plan, build, and monitor WhatsApp campaigns end-to-end using EasySocial.
Brand & Activations:
- Identify and execute brand collaboration opportunities that align with the Union & Forge identity.
- Plan and manage offline activations and outdoor pop-up activations, coordinating logistics, creative, and stakeholder communication.
- Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints — social, print, digital, and on-ground.
Content & Creative Oversight:
- Review content drafts (video and design) against the original brief; provide clear, constructive feedback before escalating to the Marketing Head for final approval.
- Coordinate with Sr. Graphics Designer and Content Creators on asset delivery for social, LED screens, banners, and campaign materials.
- Publish approved content across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn as required.
Reporting & Strategy Support
- Prepare and present monthly campaign performance reports to the Marketing Head.
- Support the Marketing Head on select cross-vertical or strategic initiatives as the team grows.
- Contribute to team-wide planning sessions and monthly reviews.
What We're Looking For:
Experience & Background:
- 4–7 years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a campaign management or brand marketing role.
- Proven track record in planning and executing multi-channel campaigns — digital, offline, and experiential.
- Experience in a lifestyle, entertainment, F& B, hospitality, or consumer brand environment is strongly preferred.
- Prior exposure to brand collaborations and on-ground activations is a strong plus.
Skills & Tools:
- Solid understanding of social media marketing across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Comfort with WhatsApp campaign tools (Easy Social or similar) for audience communication.
- Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads — enough to brief, set up, and review campaigns.
- Strong written communication skills for briefs, captions, and reports.
- Proficient with Google Sheets / Excel for content calendar management and reporting.
- Exposure to email marketing tools (Mailchimp or similar) is a plus.

- Structured and detail-oriented — able to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
- Collaborative team player who communicates proactively with creatives, managers, and leadership.
- Takes ownership of outcomes, not just tasks — comfortable working with a degree of autonomy.
- Eager to grow into broader responsibilities and contribute to team-level strategy over time.
AI Skills — Strongly Preferred:
- We want someone who has actually used AI tools in their day-to-day marketing work — not just experimented with them. The following are a strong plus:
- Hands-on experience with tools like Mid journey, DALL·E, Runway, or similar — used to concept creatives, generate reference visuals, or speed up production workflows.AI image & video generation:
- Familiarity with AI features within Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (Performance Max, Advantage+, Smart Bidding) — with a working understanding of how to use them strategically, not just by default.AI-powered ad optimisation:
- Practical experience building or managing automated workflows using tools like n8n, Zapier, or Make — for example, automating campaign reporting, lead routing, content scheduling, or cross-platform data sync.Marketing automation & AI workflows:
- Comfortable using AI writing and ideation tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to draft briefs, captions, and reports faster — and knows when to use them vs. when not to General AI fluency:
