Required Experience:
12+ years of software engineering experience with substantial architect/technical
lead experience.
Proven production experience with high-throughput / low-latency systems.
Strong knowledge of distributed systems and event-driven architecture.
Experience with message queues or streaming platforms such as Kafka, IBM MQ,
RabbitMQ or equivalent.
Strong AWS experience and knowledge of Docker/Kubernetes, preferably AWS EKS.
Experience designing HA, horizontal scaling and fault-tolerant systems.
Good understanding of distributed caching technologies such as Redis/ElastiCache.
Strong backend development experience; Java/Spring Boot is preferred, though the
role is technology-stack agnostic.
Proven production experience designing and scaling high-throughput, low-latency
distributed systems where response time, sustained transaction volume and system
resilience are critical
Strong understanding of application and cloud security.
Strong written and spoken English.
Ability to independently make and defend architecture decisions with senior
technical stakeholders.
Experience with AI-assisted development and/or production AI/ML systems.
Pay: ₹2,500,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
